November 2026 – January 2027
Team Weeks
Five teams, up to three sessions each, one plan for 2027. We close the year listening and start the next one aligned.
Next up: Product & TechMon, Nov 23 · 17 days to go
Why now
2027 brings big changes. Before we plan it, we want to listen to every team and decide together.
Roles are changing
Several roles are being redefined: teams with new responsibilities and new ways of coordinating.
AI in the day to day
It is already changing how we work. We want to see with each team where it helps and where it does not yet.
New AI products
Sesame is launching AI products, and every team has to understand, sell and support them.
The risk: each team sees only its own part. The opportunity: close the year with everyone looking in the same direction.
Three sessions in one week
First we listen, then we bring context, and we leave with a plan.
A typical week. Finance + HR combines sessions 1 and 2; Post Sales runs on three consecutive days before Christmas.
We share
The team tells its year. We listen; no solutions yet.

Who will be there
Albert and Majo lead every session. With them, the cross-functional team.

The spirit
Listening, not evaluating
We're here to understand how the team works, not to judge it.
Few slides
We talk about what's real: one roadmap page and lots of conversation.
Everything ends in actions
Every challenge ends with an owner and a date.
Leadership commits too
In the last session, Albert and Majo write down what they will solve.
